Key Responsibilities:
✨ Lead and supervise Assistant Chief Housekeepers and housekeeping personnel.
✨ Oversee daily tasks, ensure standards align with Viking Ocean Cruises’ expectations, and provide performance feedback.
✨ Plan and manage schedules, appraisals, and disciplinary actions in consultation with the Executive Housekeeper.
✨ Ensure smooth communication between the housekeeping team and management.
✨ Maintain inventory and resolve technical or operational issues in guest and crew areas.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Previous experience in housekeeping or leadership (cruise industry experience preferred).
✅ Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
✅ A detail-oriented approach with high cleanliness standards.
✅ Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
✅ Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
