As the Junior Guest Relations Officer, you will be highly interactive with guests, whether at the Guest Relations Desk or the switchboard. Utilize your exemplary problem resolution skills, professionalism, keen listening skills, engaging social skills, and organizational skills to maintain departmental and company integrity.
You will play an essential role in all service recovery initiatives and interactions in addition to resolving all service recovery challenges. Provides guests and fellow crewmembers with information, in addition to handling special requests and forwarding repair requests to the appropriate department.
