Princess Cruise Line is looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Guest Services Officers. As a vital part of our onboard hospitality team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your impeccable customer service skills and make a lasting impact on our guests’ journeys.
 Position Overview:
The Guest Services Officer (GSO) ensures exceptional guest experiences onboard Princess Cruise Line vessels. This role involves providing superior customer service and addressing guests’ needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
 Qualifications:
Graduate of a recognized hotel or business school OR minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Receptionist
Proficient in computer-based programs
Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written; proficiency in additional languages is considered a strong asset
Positive attitude and natural ability to handle complex issues in a guest-facing environment
Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or customer service roles preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment
Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous
 Contract length: 6 months on / 2 months off

 Position Overview:
The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the housekeeping department onboard Princess Cruise Line vessels. This pivotal role involves coordinating and supervising housekeeping staff to maintain high cleanliness and guest satisfaction standards.
 Qualifications:
Minimum two (2) years of housekeeping work experience in a Supervisory role in a comparable premium hospitality environment.
Clear understanding of public health and environmental requirements for maintaining public areas
The ability to be proactive in the department and work with minimal supervision.
Thorough knowledge of housekeeping practices, procedures, and equipment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Effective leadership abilities with a proactive problem-solving approach.
Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team of housekeeping attendants.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
 Contract length: 6 months on / 2 months off
