Youth Staff

Mandatory Requirements:
📚 Bachelor’s degree in education, recreation, or a related field (or international equivalent).
👧👦 3-5 years of experience working with large groups of youth (ages 6 months to 17 years).
🏕️ Experience in school-sponsored youth groups, YMCA, camps, or similar roles preferred.
💪 Infant and child CPR and life-saving certifications (American Red Cross or similar) preferred.
🤝 Strong problem-solving, mediation, and negotiation skills.
🎨 Ability to design creative, cost-effective activities.
💻 Proficiency in computer applications like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
